Kate is a Physiotherapist with a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science/Arts from the University of Sydney. She is passionate about helping people move better and feel stronger.  She enjoys treating a wide range of conditions, with special interests in Women’s Health and appreciates the unique complexity that working with female athletes can entail. Her special interest also extends to working on shoulder and knee joint problems. 

Kate holds APA Level 1 Pelvic Health qualification in Women’s Health, with a particular interest in pre- and postnatal care, as well as managing incontinence in the female athlete population. Kate is currently undertaking Level 2 training to continue delivering up-to-date, evidence-based pelvic health care across all stages of women’s lives.

Kate is an avid runner and basketball enthusiast, which fuels her passion for helping people return to the activities they love.
